I will never question
the way I crossed your path.
It took writing
walking on absent backs
to where the chapter began.
Yet a destination does not
signify an end
The time we will spend
will teach us New Land.

Meeting you I learn
that the way I must live
and the way I will earn
is when I surrender 
to the pen.
