Cities & That Same Honk - 2023




The air blows at me 
so I can breathe in 
YES
the automobile squawks at me 
so I can hear something else
maybe a thought 
for now.
Did you know
my torso can actually 
look like this
if I bend and stretch my back 
like so?
So we paint things out in contortions
since we all talk like
we slipped a disc 
from all this work
anyway
What we see
It's not really how it is
So I'll adore this
post-it note
and not the list
which cooled my feet 
for being consecutive
